Filming buildings for fun and being ‘cocky’ are enough to get you arrested apparently.
Now there may be times when questioning people is legitimate if they are acting suspicously (you notice the key point there, actually identifying some suspicious behaviour). And some people do try and obviously goad the police by being particularly awkward.
If the police really want the public to believe they are just doing their job, then maybe they need to train them properly on what they can and can’t do under section 44, show restraint, common sense and act professionally. Seems too often they feel the need to act agressively if they feel their power is being question, such as in the first clip (I know they were PCSOs not police).
